1) Before any deal is finalized with Mari Deal Ltd, we recommend that you read and understand the cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy. (Please check our terms and conditions).
Within these terms and conditions it is clearly stipulated that once a deal is booked, paid for, and confirmed, there are no cancellations or refunds.
2) We will always try our best to make any refund or postponement requests to the service provider to satisfy your needs. However, you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the Service Provider's cancellation and no-show policy. The final decision always belongs to the service provider
The Service Provider is the only one who is able to authorize a refund/postponement request.
3) Cancellations/refunds are very unlikely, however, Service Providers will be more likely to accept a postponement (depending on availability) than a refund. What is a postponement?
4) If a cancellation request is granted, the booking amount shall only be refunded as a Store Credit on your MariDeal Account. What is store credit?
Important notes: Cancellation requests can only be made prior to the offer being used. However, if you had a bad experience during redemption of the offer, you may file a complaint.
Complaints: Complaints must be filed with the service providers prior to departure for remedial actions.
*If you are not satisfied with the product/service provided upon arrival, and you wish to cancel the deal, same must be requested at arrival/prior to departure.
