A booking confirmation is the document certifying your purchase with MariDeal, and also allowing you to have a smooth check-in process with our partners. As such, it is important to have the booking confirmation at the moment of check-in.
Once the payment for your booking has been received via one of our payment methods, the booking confirmation will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can either print it and take it with you or you can present it on your smartphone, tablet, or any other mobile device.
If you did not receive your booking confirmation by e-mail within 60 minutes, kindly check your spam/junk folder, or otherwise, call us and we shall assist you.
Alternatively, an easier way would be to sign-in on the MariDeal mobile application, and choose the "Trips" option, as depicted below.
All your upcoming trips will be displayed. The next step would be simply to click on "Download Booking Confirmation".
The booking confirmation will be downloaded and saved to your phone, which you can present upon your check-in. If you are accessing the "Trips" at the hotel with your mobile application, ensure to be connected to the internet for the download.
You will also be required to present your Mauritian ID, resident or work permit. This applies to each person that will be joining you.
