How to use your gift card?

A gift card bears an amount that can be used to purchase any live offers from MariDeal.mu. 

 

Step 1:  Go on MariDeal.mu: Select & Book any of our amazing deals

  • If you have an account, simply log in with your Email & Password. If you don’t have already an account on MariDeal.mu, you will need to Register first.
    • Simply insert your First & Last Name and a valid email address.
  • Select any deal of your choice by clicking on the ‘’Book Now’’ button available on the offer and it will lead you to your Shopping Cart

Step 2:  After checking all the information relative to your reservation and Billing Details Section, you simply go on the 3rd section ‘’Rewards & Gifts Cards’’:

  • Kindly select the Gift Card option

  • Choose the "Use Gift card to check out" option and input the gift code found on your gift card
  • Enter the gift code GIFT-XXXX-XXX and click on "Add Gift Card".

Note:

  • If the amount of your gift card is less than the total amount of the booking, you are allowed to pay the difference for finalizing your reservation.
  • If it’s more, the remaining balance will be still available on your account and can be redeemed for any other offers available on MariDeal.mu
  • What if I made a booking using gift cards and would like to cancel my stay. Will my points or gift cards be refunded?
    • Of course, if you pre-booking or booking is canceled, your points, your gift cards, and your store credits will be refunded directly on your MariDeal account. You will be able to use them on your next purchase.

Your booking process is now complete and you will receive your Pre-Purchase booking confirmation. The booking shall be concluded once the settlement of the remaining amount, should there be any, is finalized by one of our payment methods.

How to add a gift card on my account?

Alternatively, if you wish to add one or multiple gift cards to your account, you can access the same from the "My Account" section after you have logged in, and click on the "Gift Card" option from the drop-down.

On the gift card section, you will be able to view all the status of the gift cards that are on your account.

To add a gift card, click on the option "Add a gift card", as displayed in the above image, input your gift card code and finalize the process.

You will have the ability to use the gift cards already associated with your account on the checkout page, without the need to input it again.

 

My gift card is invalid/expired, what should I do?

The validity date of a gift card is initially one year. However, we know there are unpredictabilities that might lead to a non-usage of the gift card. We want you to be able to redeem your gift card and enjoy one of the amazing offers we strive to provide you with. 

You can send an e-mail on info@marideal.mu and provide us with the gift code, order number, and the expected timeframe you are going to use it in. We shall treat your request on a case to case basis and get back to you in the shortest delay.
