If you want to check the dates and times that are available for your booking, check the below:
- Unavailable dates will show up dark on the calendar, and available times are listed in individual boxes.
- When appointments are unavailable for a particular date, we'll gray the date out. Likewise, you won’t be able to select times that have already been booked by other customers.
- Available dates will show the current price when you are over the date.
- If you need to edit or cancel your booking, you make that request to our reservations department and we will submit the request. Just know that if you have an active booking past the cancellation deadline or it’s past the time of the booking, the deal will be non-refundable.
If you've been gifted a deal that requires a booking, you’ll need to contact the service provider directly to make your booking.
For Deals with Multiple Appointments
If you’re trying to manage a deal for multiple appointments:
- You can have one active booking at a time. Once an appointment is complete, you’ll be able to schedule the next one.
- If you’re unable to find your voucher, it may have been marked redeemed. Sometimes service providers will mark your order number as redeemed after you schedule an appointment, but their records should still show that you haven’t yet received the full services of the deal. If you received a booking confirmation email and no cancellation emails, you won’t have an issue redeeming your voucher. You can also contact them to confirm if you're unsure.
- We are not able to offer refunds for vouchers that have paid for in full, and for any reason you are unable to use or redeem part or all of your purchases.
Technical Issues
If the booking calendar won't let you select any dates or continue with your purchase:
- On desktop: Try clearing your cookies/cache or accessing our site using a different web browser.
- On mobile: Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
