Step 1:  Sign in or Register

  • Sign In: If you already have an account, simply Sign in with your Email & Password
  • Register: If you have never created an account, all users must first Register
  • To Register: Simply Need a First & Last name along with a valid email address. Associating your account with a contact number will be highly beneficial for any communication regarding your future bookings.
    • An e-mail will be sent to you and a one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your mobile number for verification purposes.

Step 2:  Select your perfect deal 

  • Kindly read & agree to all terms and conditions that are relevant to your deal, and have been set by the hotel or merchant partner prior to purchase by the customers
    • If you have any questions regarding the above, please contact MariDeal directly prior to finalizing your purchase 

Step 3: Finalize the details

  • After selecting the preferred room category, meal plan, the number of persons, and the date, you will see the subtotal, as per below.

  • Click the “Book Now” button that is displayed, it will lead you to the Shopping Cart.

 

The shopping cart page will show you what you have in your basket before finalizing your booking with the payment options.

  • The “QTY” dropdown allows you to select the quantity of the product you are booking.
  • If you have your desired offer on the shopping cart
    • Kindly click on “CONFIRM BOOKING”
    • If, for example, a customer wishes to include another offer in the shopping cart, kindly click on the “Continue Shopping” button

Step 4:  Check -Out Cart

  • It's possible to edit the guest names in this section.
  • The guest email address can also vary depending on whose name the reservation name is on:

  • For instance, if it is a gift to someone, Customers can simply tick the box so that the price on the booking confirmation can be removed
  • Special Request can be made to merchants such as a request for a birthday cake, rooms next to each other, food requirements, and others

  • Spend Your Points:
    •  Already a Customer
      • If you are already a customer of MariDeal, based on your last purchase, when you click on spend your points, you will be able to spend the amount you wish

  • First-time Customer
    • Customers do not have any reward points for their first-time purchase. The first-time purchase is the only time you will pay for a full price on MariDeal.mu
    • It is upon completion of a first purchase that client will receive rewards points and will be able to redeem it upon the next purchase
    • The first time you buy on MariDeal is the last time you pay the full price.
    • Note: Redeeming to cash is not allowed
  •  Gift Card: 
    • You can use your gift card code to have the amount deducted on the check-out page
      • If the gift code amount is more than the total amount of your purchase, the remaining amount will be stored on the same gift code.
      • If the gift code amount is less than the total amount of your purchase, the remaining amount will need to be paid via one of our payment options.

The next step will be to make the payment as a means to finalize and secure your booking.
