Remember: You are fully responsible for your own reservation and fully responsible for understanding the below policy.
(*Cyclone class must be in effect in Mauritius for the below policies to take effect)
Cyclone Class 3: If you are set to arrive while a Cyclone Class 3 is in effect in Mauritius; Your booking is automatically canceled and you will be refunded the amount paid in the form of store credit on the next business day. Please stay home and take yourselves.
*By Providing credit, customers will be able to make a new reservation at their convenience.
Cyclone Class 2: If you are set to arrive while a Cyclone Class 2 is in effect in Mauritius; Customers will have the right either to 1) check-in on said date or 2) postpone* their stay without any penalty fee. All postponement requests are subject to availability and must be made in writing. If you fail to communicate to MariDeal in writing prior to 10 am on your arrival date, you will be expected to arrive as scheduled or be seen as a No-Show*. See Postponement* Conditions below.
*No Shows: Any customer that does not arrive on the date purchased without communicating to MariDeal & Supplier within the needed timeframe, will not be able to change dates or get a refund.
*Prior to arrival: In the event that Cyclone Class 2 is upgraded to a Cyclone Class 3, your reservation will be automatically canceled and the amount paid will be refunded in the form of credit. If Cyclone Class is not upgraded this policy is the guideline.
Cyclone Class 1: Business as usual. The supplier will be expecting you to arrive and no cancellations, amendments, or postponements will be accepted. Everything remains business as usual and all customers must arrive on the date and time as per purchase and as per the terms and conditions. No changes or refunds will be provided to No-Shows*.
*No Shows: Any customer that does not arrive on the date purchased
*In the event that Cyclone Class 1 is upgraded to a Cyclone Class 2, you will have the right to postpone your reservation following the Cyclone Class 2 guidelines. If Cyclone Class is not upgraded this policy is the guideline.
