The safety of our community is our top priority. MariDeal suppliers around the island are committing to our updated COVID-19 safety protocol to help give you, our customers the peace of mind when you need it most.
In the event of another country wide lockdown, our initial priority will be focused on reservations that had been completed and confirmed for arrival during lockdown.
In the event that your reservation falls within the specified dates of the lockdown period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled with the service provider and you will be refunded the amount paid in the form of credit. Credit will be added to your account directly to allow you to rebook at your convenience.
If your arrival dates fall outside of the lockdown, we ask you to be patient and allow phase 1 of this process to be completed.
*If you made a purchase for a Spa, Activity or Restaurant and your Voucher was be valid prior to Lockdown. The Validity of the voucher will automatically be extended for 120 days after lockdown. In the event that the service provider does not open their doors after lockdown, you will be refunded in the form of credit once lockdown has lifted.
All other requests from our customers set to arrive outside of the government lockdown dates, please note that normal policies apply and all cancellation requests will be up to the Service Provider. If the supplier does agree to process your cancellation request, the refund will be made in the form of credit to your account.
Please note that all refunds given during lockdown, will be in the form of store credit that will expire after 1 year. Any other requests will be considered post lockdown.
