The safety of our community is our top priority. MariDeal Partners around the island are committing to our updated COVID-19 Safety Protocol to help give you, our customers, peace of mind when you need it most.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, our initial priority will be focused on reservations of those customers that have been tested positive for Covid-19 and ensuring those reservations are cancelled and postponed for a future date.
In the event that you are tested positive, and your reservation falls within the specified dates of your isolation period, your reservation will be automatically cancelled with the service provider and you will be refunded the amount paid in the form of Store Credit. Store Credit will be added to your account directly to allow you to rebook at your convenience.
If your arrival dates fall outside of the isolation period, please note that your reservation will be confirmed as usual.
*Please note that we will require a medical certificate, from a certified Public Health Centre, to action any COVID-19 cancellation requests. If you are not COVID positive, the hotel will not be able to postpone or cancel your reservation at this time.
Remember that all refunds given due to COVID-19, will be in the form of Store Credit that will expire after 1 year.
